John began working for his brother as a laborer at an early age. He quickly realized he wanted to be more than a laborer and began his own home repair business, “Mr. Fix It”. His business grew steadily as his quality of work was notably recognized. John became a licensed contractor in the early 1990’s; his company prospered into a full-time staff of over sixty-five full time employees. This growth and dedicated staff led to the remodel of hundreds of custom homes in Monterey, Carmel, Carmel Highlands and Pebble Beach. After meeting his wife, Robin, a top producing luxury home realtor in Las Vegas, John relocated and opened Renovations of Las Vegas. John recognized the need for a licensed, experienced customer builder with the ability to communicate and listen. John offers clients a trained eye and an extreme attention to detail. Renovations of Las Vegas depends on word of mouth marketing. The good news about John and the excellent building services he provides has traveled fast. John grew up in the construction industry. Born and raised in Monterey, California to John Sr. a successful plumbing contractor since the 1960’s and younger brother to a general contractor with over 40 years of experience. Both men have been mentors in John’s growth as an honorable and skilled contractor. John learned to construct the best possible quality and was taught that there was no such thing and “good enough”. A job was to be done well or not done at all. John carried this building philosophy and business ethic with him from the beginning.
